Greenwood Village
Once primarily a rural community, Greenwood Village was incorporated as a town in 1950 and received its home rule charter in 1968.
Located south of Denver and Cherry Hills Village, this dynamic community is comprised of approximately 14,000 residents and a bustling daytime population in excess of 75,000.
An extensive trail system winds around the city passing through over 20 parks and a remarkable blend of both urban and rural residential neighborhoods.
The 2006 single family average sales price was $1,046,666. This number is down slightly from an average sales price of $1,071,853 for 2005.
