Cherry Hills Village

Cherry Hills Village was initially incorporated in 1945 over concerns of a proposal for a nearby airport. Although the development was later relocated elsewhere in Denver, this bold move by the 750 residents of Cherry Hills Village paved the way for incredible, conscientious growth and impressive appreciation in this mostly residential community.

This unique semi-rural locale is characterized by open countryside and private enclaves tucked away along meandering lanes and bridle paths. Additionally, the city has established an elaborate paved and unpaved trail system perfect for taking in the stunning rural atmosphere.

Similar to Greenwood Village, its neighborhood to the south, Cherry Hills Village has wonderful access to shopping, entertainment and to both Downtown Denver and The Denver Tech Center.

The Cherry Hills Village real estate market posts impressive numbers with a 2006 average sales price of $1,689,186. To date, the 2007 average sales price is $1,851,169.
